Who Takes the Plunge?

Local men and women from your community have been nominated and selected to take the big plunge into the cold Robinwood Lake. Plungers are challenged to raise $3,000 per team. They go out into the community and collect pledges in hopes of raising the most money to raise both awareness and dollars for the Annual Giving Campaign.

This Campaign supports the following programs:

Summer Day Camp
SAW (Safety Around Water)
LiveSTRONG at the YMCA

After years of using big strobes, this is one of my first few attempts to use off camera multiple speedlites. Using Canon's ST-ET-R3 I am able to control two Canon 600 EX-RT to capture our pet Cookie's Christmas portrait below. Using Orbis ringlight on my key light, a CTO gel to my other strobe and further post processing enhancement and text, we came up with Cookie's Holiday Greeting for Christmas 2015.

Balls of Fun! Yellow Gold, First of Six

What happens when a group of artistic individuals acquire hundreds of party balls? An explosion of creative ideas! Just as these balls were to be disposed of, we thought we can have fun with them one last time. The result, a colorful mix of these balls into a fashion fun photo shoot.

As crazy as it was to think about the logistics of cleaning and handling these balls, we managed with the help of our hard-working assistants, creative team and a very patient, stunning model. We may be able to share some behind-the-scenes images with you on our social media sites ;)

We concluded with six looks that will be shared weekly through this blog and the rest of our web spaces. So, we hope you all have as much fun following and viewing the series of images as much as we have enjoyed creating them.

The third stop to my LA-HI-SF trip. One of my favorite places from the beautiful city to its popular spots like the Golden Gate, Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, Ferry Building, Ghirardelli Chocolates, The Alcatraz, The Hearts, to taking the Trolley and the BART to Daly City!

It's also one of the few cities where you can have coffee with your dog inside a Starbucks Cafe.
